Our design services are available to international and domestic clients who desire clean, simple, and efficient designs with attention to detail and sensitivity to local building techniques. We currently have projects in the fields of historical renovation, new construction, and both single and multi-family residential.
permissions applications
Our role is to ease the process of submitting applications for building permits by acting as the liaison between you and the town council in which you are building. In Italy, this means applying for a permit to develop, an approval to begin building, and the necessary paperwork to occupy the building. When working with international clients, we work closely with a trusted local building professional to ensure complete understanding of rules and regulations specific to that region.
‘green’ building certification
All of our projects have a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, with many options and possibilities for green building certifications. Mariana Pickeirng is an Accredited Professional in both the US Green Building Council’s LEED certification and LEED Italia. Enrico Bonilauri is Accredited Professional in the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star program. He is also an Accredited Casa Clima Junior Expert, familiar with the process of certifying a building under the Casa Clima scheme.
