I just received the following article in my email update from Paul Gipe, an American wind energy expert. Today’s subject hit pretty close to home. We were a bit surprised to hear this news, however, seeing as how the Sovrintendenza ai Bene Paesaggistici in Bologna still does not allow PV panels on roofs of residential designs that fall in certain landscape heritage zones. They do, however, allow PV panels on the roofs of commercial and industrial projects in the same zones.
