Photographer Alessandro Bartoli, of San Polo d’Enza, has taken a wonderful set of photos of our “Via Goti” project in the town council of Scandiano (Province of Reggio Emilia, Italy).
This three-story house is part of an historic ‘borgo’ (hamlet) comprised of several stone buildings. The house had not undergone any renovations since the 1950′s or 60′s. Our design brief was to renovate the building to meet current seismic standards and a level of energy efficiency that would make the project eligible for governmental tax breaks.
